Time to finally join the forum after constantly browsing it for over a year now! From all my reading this definitely seems like the best Z forum out there.
My Z4 story:
Early last year I was going to be without a car for about 6 weeks after a lease ending on one car and a delayed build of my new car. Initially I thought I would get by just fine and just get lifts from the other half.
That thinking didn't last long! 5 Days later I bought this; a Sterling Silver 2007 E85 2.5i SE:
A couple of months of driving the car (including a sunny roadtrip through France to Leon) I was hooked. And when the new car eventually came I couldn't bring myself round to selling it.
Another 8 months or so passed with the car as my sunny day car I couldn't help but think the car would suit a more powerful engine. A month or so of scrolling through Autotrader and I found a peach...
So, about a month ago now, I bought this; a Black Sapphire 2007 E85 3.0Si Sport with just under 30k miles on it with great spec and at a fair price:
So as of right now I've got three cars, two Z4s and my daily; a 2017 Audi S5 Sportback.
I do now need to sell the 2.5i though...
