Hi, only just found this place, only ten years too late.

I've owned Heidi (wife named it, not me!) since 2009, she hasn't had a hard life, with only 19k on the clock.
I'm trying to resist the wife's attempts to turn her into a house extension.

Welcome and although 9 years too late, at least you've included a picture on your first post. Tell the wife that the longer you keep it the bigger the extension can be especially with that milage!

Welcome to the forum , sub 20k ZM puts you in a rare bracket  you need to get out more :driving: :P

Lol, yep.
I like to spread the love around between the cars and bike.
Just been washing it today, looks lovely.

Then as if by magic the wife texts and asks when it's going up for sale!

lol@ 'Heidi'.
Mine almost became 'Brunhilde' following a string of owned bimmers with names beginning with B
Lovely MC. Mind if I ask how much you slapped down on it? I'm kind of casually open to the prospect of owning a coupe at some point. Nice to get a sorted/non-thrashed low mileage M but I'll prob end up with a 3.0 of some description.... price may ofc may play a part....

Well I got it when it was only a year old, so it was quite spendy at the time.
She was about to buy a Boxter, and I couldn't let that happen :D

Welcome to the forum OP - finally. :)

Stunning looking MC you have there.

In your position I'd be looking for a way to keep it, then use it more!

Welcome. :) You made the right choice not buying a Porker all those years ago. That's a beauty. 8)

Hold onto it if you can. With that mileage and colour interior it'll be worth more than you paid for it before long.

I agree, there probably isn't another,or certainly that many more Blue M coupes with the blue interior.
And ,as said, with the low mileage, won't be too many more years before it rockets in value.....and if you sell it now,you will regret it in the future, with the rarity and expected future value.

Keep it :D

Is it really that rare a combination?
I've seen blue/red leather and blue/black leather a lot.

I don't even know what options it has above standard.

Do you guys really think it'll appreciate much more?
I don't know if I can see it reaching the heights of exclusivity like, say, a lotus Carlton?

Hi Andy, Welcome on-board and shame on you for hiding from us for so long!

I wouldn't worry about the house extension or the car appreciation, I would just drive it more and enjoy what a wonderful car you have got. :driving:
