Hallo, nice to be able to join.
A great place with like minded Z4 enthusiasts. Bought mine six years ago. It’s a three litre M model with automatic transmission in Melbourne red and black leather. Only made minor cosmetic changes i.e. side indicators and rear antenna. Also added a Remus Sport exhaust back box and K&N air filter. Do all routine maintenance myself and just delighted with its performance. If there are any members in the Highland area would be nice to catch up once this COVID interruption is over. Thanks again. Ron

Hi and welcome to the forum (finally)!

Feel free to post a photo or two of your Z4 - we do like photos on here!

Hi and thanks for the warm welcome. Still finding my way around how to post and where to post. Added a photo to the March photo competition but will add another one here too and add to it in the near future.

Good morning,
The G29 is an interesting evolution from the E89. Knew someone who owned an SL55 AMG. Really liked the concept of an hard top, even so it means if you take it down luggage space is at a premium. With the G29 it went full circle again, back to the soft top and more space. What engine does yours have and what is it like to drive?
Best wishes.

Hi Andy.
Would be great to either join or meet up when this option is available again. Was hoping to join the Campbeltown whisky festival last year and hop over to your side of the world but of course this came to nothing. Beautiful place over there. Was your car one of the last produced? I do recall picking up a sales brochure in 2016/ 2017 which had the car pictured in this colour.
All the best.

When things are normal I work in Campbeltown once a week. That was part of the initial reason for buying a Z4 for that wonderful journey with the roof down. There was a Kintyre run scheduled for 4 weeks time but it has been deferred until later in the year if you want to have a look here’s the link

https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=126173&hilit=Kintyre

Mine is a 2014 but they’re reasonably rare in the 35 guise. Not sure on exact numbers but there’s not many and I think the latest 35is I’ve personally found was a 15 plate but there may newer ones

 That’s where you’re going wrong bud, people are advertising them as cream and you’re dismissing them as they’re not Design Pure Ivory White

I’m anticipating a post where the title is Complete interior change between DSB 23i to 30i

I actually posted on another thread earlier this week that this colour would put me off after previous experiences of colour transfer onto ivory/white/cream leather.

I found a perfect car about 3 weeks ago that ticked every box except Ivory leather instead of black. I’ve revisited the car several times, got the dealer to do a walk video round and closer up pictures and with 2k< Miles it’s already started to look grubby

Welcome..hope we can meet up sometime..nice looking car..seems to have a damaged number plate thought?

As Argyll Andy points out the Scottish Chapter does quite a few day/weekend runs/breakfast meets..they are all put up on the trips section here as they get planned..the Scottish Z4 Owners Facebook pages are active with many members here also on there..

I'm down in the Borders but have got several northern bound forays planned..COVId permitting.. :driving:
