My roof issue has taken a back seat, pardon the pun.
I've just had an air leak from the throttle body flap (inlet valve) repaired and the engine is so much smoother now.
Now I need new wheels and tyres (mentioned in a separate post).
Also need to repair an engine oil leak, replace a corroded front to rear brake pipes and replace the steering rack joints.
This was a bit more than I had thought to be honest!
:headbang:

I've put 5 digits of repairs and work into my 2005 2.5i. I have to say it's been worth it. The car runs like a dream. I find myself looking for excuses to drive it.

I've had a very long list of fixes/upgrades for over a year now and I'm just checking off boxes as I get them done.... everything from rebuilding the transmission to replacing the cheap Chinese 3rd brake light with an OEM one. Each little thing improves the car - possibly to better than original new condition. It was either that or spend $40-60k on a new car.... nope. haha
