Hello
I have just signed up as a new member of this forum. I have a new model Z4 M 4.0 purchased last summer, 348hp which is wonderful. Having owned a few sports car in the past I have to say this 3.0 litre straight six is my best engine ever. My previous sports car have been Triumph TR7 convertible, TVR Chimera 4.5, TVR Tuscan 3.6 and lastly a Nissan 350Z.
I intend to come to an event and see how it goes before I join the BMW car club formally.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you soon.

Good morning and welcome.
Must be a good car to be ahead of those TVRs. Bit less rattly I bet?
May I be the first to pose the inevitable question on this forum...................where's the pics :D

Welcome to the Forum, how about some pics with great Scottish scenery ?
Incidentally my brother in law had a stunning Chimera a few years back before a young family came along, he used to joke “ Join the TVR owners club and push yours to one of our meetings” :lol:

Welcome to Z ownership and the forum from New Zealand Andy. Perth is my home town, lots of nice roads around there to enjoy. Pic’s?
 
Welcome Andy, and thanks for emailing me back this week. Just to let you know this is a totally separate forum to the BMW car club. However, some owners do use both this forum and the club. Looking forward to seeing some pictures :thumbsup:
 
Andy, I'm in Luncarty if your heading out for a blast at some point. Mind you I wont see the invisible car. You need some pics up :thumbsup:
 
Hello Andy.....nice z.
Hopefully see it,and u,at some meets. As said ,this forum is separate from the BMW Car club,but oplentybig people on here do organise runs/drives and some breakfast meets.
I have one in the Scottish borders in September.(Moffat area)
