Hi all.

Not a owner yet but hopefully soon , i have been looking at this forum for some time to get some ideas and what to look out for so i thought it was time to join.
1st of all great forum have been a member of several other forums in past years with different cars and i must say they all differ some better then others ,this forum seems very friendly and helpfull and caters for all leavels of car experiance.
The Reason for a zed is quiet simple, living with partner of 6 years no children so no need for 4 seats the over reason is i currently own a e46 330 sport and fell in love with that straight six lump so iam now looking for 2 less seats, more performance and loads more fun . Ideal car 2003- 2004 3.0 se grey with red leather, and a few toys would love a newer one but alass budget...... :( . Please excuss the speeling and gramer i didnt pay much attention at school to busy chasing girls.
Hope i can be of some input and when i get my wagon meet up with some of you on meets and days out .
Any one else from the Berkshire area i always seem to find a shortage of members in this area from previous car forums not quite sure why but hey ho.
cheers!

Welcome fella. I'm from Reading so you might see me flying around :driving:

Yes, it was a car I bought from another forum member. Lovely car and performance wise I'd say they were pretty equally matched. The only real difference is that it feels a bit more raw in the Zed, if that makes any sense. Must be to do with being a bit closer to the action! Very very little in it though. The 3.0 Z4 and 330 msport share a lot of the same build elements, not just the engine from what I understand.

Welcome. I'm from down the road in Maidenhead and often pop into Reading.

Good luck with the search. There's quite a few Zeds out there at this time of year. When I was looking last year, I held out for the right specs. Makes it even better to live with.

Cheers everyone.

Just as i thought loads of people making me feel welcome, anyway if weather holds out pics of my car and then on to autotrader for sale , then hopefully not to far in the near future some serious hunting for that right zed.Just the thought has brought a smile to my face :)

So get prepared for all those questions that have probly been asked a thousand times

Question if i may is there any other places worth searching apart from autotrader ,fleebay and piston heads?

Cheers
