New member from Hamar, Norway😁🇳🇴

Hello, I am an Norwegian BMW enthusiast living in the '94 Winter Olympics town Hamar that has the "Vikingskipet", famous for skating competitions of '94's Lillehammer OL. 14 days ago I got a '07 Z4 3.0si Coupe. The car is in Montego-metallic blue with black leather, M-Sport seats and steering wheel. Lowered on Lowtec 30mm suspension-kit with shortened shocks, and riding on 19" Alpina Classic C09 reps.

Welcome to the Forum.
Montego Blue and black leather is a great combination and those classics look good too

Great looking car .

Hi Lars.
I’ve replied to this thread three times now and it isn’t showing. :headbang:
Anyway.... fantastic looking coupe and love the wheels on it. Looks great. Sounds like you’ve got a good one.
Glad you’re enjoying your new Z4. :)

Hi and welcome to the forum Lars.

I'm something of a Coupe addict, but those intakes below the front foglights on yours look interesting - I assume they are for brake ducts.

That is correct. The owner before me did some work on this car, and these are for cooling the brakes.

Hi and welcome. Montego Blue always a winner for me and set off a treat by the wheels - don't knw if they would suit my Montego Blue roadster but keeping them clean defiantly wouldn't suit me

Hi and welcome Lars.
That’s a good looking coupe!
Nice to see another Scandinavian on here.

Hi Lars,
That has to be the nicest colour for a Coupe I reckon.
As others have said, the wheels are awesome but I'm glad it's you cleaning them, not me :)

Cleaning the wheels isn't that much work. But then again I am kind of used to this kind of design by having Alpina, OZ Superturismo, Zito ZF01 cross-spoke, BMW style 216 motorsport-wheels etc. All of them have in common that the brakepads better not make a lot of dust😁😅

From the pictures before I got to see the car live I did not like the Alpina's. But now when I have got to know the car and looks a little bit I don't think they are going away. I'd rather get them painted/refurbished to fix some minor scrathes etc. Another reason to keep them is that they are rather rare to see om Z4 Coupe's, and that they match the color of the car well. Looks a little bit like an Alpina Z4 Coupe. If that ever have been made that is🙃🤔😁

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Your coupe looks stunning, those wheels really suit it
