I fancy treating my roadster to a new steering wheel. Anyone recommend the best dealer/shop for sourcing one?

Part number - 32307836820.

Many thanks.

About the same as over here but in $ instead of £ (plus duty and vat etc) They seem to be between £650 and £800 in the UK.

can you just recover it or is it naff? Royal steering wheels did a great job on the leather on mine...

That’s expensive! I think I’ll have mine recovered next time I’m back in the UK for any period.

I would defo get it refurbed by Royal Steering Wheels in Aylesbury 👌 they did mine recently (I bought new trims) and it’s amazing now!

I like that, how much was it?

Hey man, sorry for the late reply don’t check this often enough 😳 it cost me £195 from RSW plus the new set of trims 👌

Hi - where did you get the set of trims from?

Trims were from BMW. I still have the old set which I will probably refurb and sell on at some point.

There are quite a few people selling them on Aliexpress. Be selective though as lots say they are leather and turn out not to be!

What price did you get? PM if you prefer.

I’ve been quoted roughly £550 from a dealer. I thought about refurb - however once you factor in new trims - it’s gonna be almost £400, whereas buying a new one and selling the old would likely be less costly.

However - the wheel is FAR too thick...

I redid my original wheel at Royalsteeringwheels with alcantara, without the original leather. Became just the right thickness!
