new Lincs z4 coupe owner

Hi All

Had the 3.0si coupe for a month now and it impresses with each new day..

Used to build Cobra's but never owned my own front engined RWD to play with.. the Z4 will be staying for a long time but the limited mileage insurance will need sorting out at some point!

Rough location is A1 meets A52.

The forum looks like a good source of information so i'll be learning a few things from the knowledgeable and hopefully contribute if i can.

I love the 3.2M but after test driving a few 3.0's I was more than happy with the specs. The engine is a jem, the car corners beautifully, the build quality is the best i have seen, the mpg is hard to believe, parts look cheap!, driving position and cabin are excellent ….. but most of all it is a drivers car and it is a joy to sit in let alone drive.

My early passions were the 240z and Cobra's and the Z4 seems to offer the best of both worlds….

Ah, Grantham/Barrowby/Gt Gonnerby area - I usually hit the A1 south of there, at Colsterworth. I am in Grantham on occasion though, so will keep an eye out for you
