No not a wonder of medical science for the less endowed..... Fitted a V1 Storm Motorwerks to my 2004 3.0l. Looks so much better. Makes gear shift feel more positive although CDV is next to be deleted. Some pics for info.

Hi,

Head unit is Alpine which runs hertz 3 way speakers behind the seats. Pre out feeds a Hertz amplifier that runs component 3 way speakers. Tweeters custom modified to fit where originals where. Component mid range in door panels and 6 inch woofers in foot panels. Last is a hertz 12 inch sub in the boot.
Fitted by source audio sheffield. Very pleased. Excellent sound. Audio sources are FM radio. DAB radio. Ipod with full controls including artwork display. Single CD and multi changer.

I have just purchased the retro fit controls for the steering wheel. May send it to Royals to be re trimmed. Will then need an interface so the bmw controls talk to the alpine head unit.

Regards

Chris

Nice knob!
Out of curiosity how much and were from? - The chrome finish on my standard one is coming off so starting to look unsightly!

Hi All,

I must admit it was not cheap. £75 but quality costs.

I am mindful of advertising but I got from this company after seeing others on the forum.
