New Key - Brill service from BM Keys

Just thought I'd share some awesome service I received from BM Keys. I just bought my Z4 yesterday however it only came with one key, and knowing me that one key will get lost :headbang: :headbang:

Quick search on here I found mention of BM Keys. His prices on his website/ebay made me think the keys may have been cheap and 'plasticy'. I took a punt anyway as it was cheap and only up the road. What can I say, after 10 mins my mate and I had a shiny new Flip Key fob all programmed and ready to go and also a spare service key for just in case. The quality of both keys is superb, they don't feel like they're going to fall apart any second. No more stabbing myself in the leg with the old diamond style key. All for £70.

If you're looking for a spare or replacement key then give Ben a look, you can even post off your immobiliser box and he'll send a key back ready to go if you're not local.
 
Have you got a picture of the new flip key? I was talking to him about a new key a week or so ago but had to abandon the idea as needed to replace rear shocks 1st.

Am probly gonna get a new key from him soon :) I

I think he can only do early keys.

However was there a reason to not get a flip key? I'm sure Ben would of discussed it to you, but I thought in the past I read somewhere that it doesn't charge or something so was put off the idea?

Do you know anymore about that than I?
 
He did mention they don't recharge, but said the battery is very easy to replace. I can live with changing the battery once in a while.

I think he can only do early keys.

That was a few years back when I got my original one. Now he can do any BMW up to 2012 :D
