I have a New iPhone 3Gs 32gb for sale, this was a replacement for my wifes existing iPhone which was exchanged Sunday at my local Apple store.
It has no marks or scratches, and has 3 months warrenty. The iPhone has been activated and sync-ed to make sure it all works fine before she moved over to her 4.
I believe as its direct from Apple it is not locked to any network.
