Hi all,
still didn't get a Z4, but I'm really close!
I stayed for the last 4 years in Germany where I was driving my lovely Miata nbfl. It was heart breaking to leave her behind, but it wouldn't have made sense to import it.
I arrived in the UK in January and since then I started to think about a new baby. After evaluating the mx5 NCs I started to look seriously into Zeds. After testing the E85 2.2i, 2.5 and 3.0, my heart told me to go with the 3.0. I decided to join now because I am really close to purchasing one, and I would need your advice.

Here is pic of my ex-little one. Hopefully, I'll post soon pic of a nice Z

Cheers,
Stefano

Hi and welcome aboard Stefano.

3.0i makes sense as the running costs will be the same because the 2.2i and 2.5i just use a smaller version of the same engine!

Good luck with your purchase, and don't forget to show us some photos once you've bought yours.

Thank you all!
I fell in love with one. It has many owners and 100 k miles but seems in great conditions! There is only one little concern that I have and I couldn't find the answer anywhere. So I thought of joining to ask here :)
I'll probably open a new topic soon to ask

Here she is. Today I finally brought her home.
Sorry the pictures are horrible :P
She has got red leather interior (my fav) a 3.0 engine and 100 000 miles :)

I can't believe I did it. Can't stop peeping at her from my window :D

Do you have advises for a waterproof half cover/soft top cover?

Welcome to the forum. Looks great, 107's and a whippy
Where abouts are you in the country

Welcome to the forum Stefano. Great that you have your Zed now. Enjoy. :driving:

Great Wheels. 8)

Thank you everyone :)
Plan for the day: check drain holes, quick check of oil and coolant, put fuel and enjoy a ride :D
@firebobby: I just added to my profile :)

PS
I would love to meet some other owners in my area ;)

Meets load of us at the Ace cafe London, it's not that far from you.

Hey guys should I be worried about this?
I know there are three layers...
Welcome to the forum! Superficial scuff marks are very common and nothing to worry about unless the roof is seriously rubbing when folding.
