Thanks for the warm welcome all. The 944 was an S2, really strong and we'll built car, the silver e30 was a 325i sport tech II, most thought the M badge was unnecessary and a wanna be M3 but in fact they came out the factory like it so it stayed, the merecedes was great and I built it from a standard 16v cosworth but it was under powered. The last M3 well it was a really great, just under 100kg lighter than standard but I couldn't stand the thought of waiting for the smg pump to fail so that went, as for want I want from the Z ? Well hopefully something that I can spank round the ring every now and then but also enjoy out on the open roads in traffic or not, that was partly the problem with the M3 I just used to get frustrated with the traffic so started driving it like I was riding my bike, hopefully withe the roof down I may feel compelled to lift the right foot and relax a little when on the main roads.... well that's the plan anyway haha
