New headlight issue after install

I ran in to an issue and I'm wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem on aftermarkets like these.

All hook ups went well and went to test beam height and had a lamp indicator light on the dash. All lights work but the right side turn signal flashes as if a bulb's blown in rapid fashion but all are blinking. Left side is normal flashing and both sides flash normal with the hazard button.

Until the install there's been no issues and all bulbs are lit. Any ideas?
 
Look like the Sonar ones, not sure what that relay is for though. Have you swapped the bulbs to see if the fault follows? There will also be a resistor on each side, that could be duff. Double check the wiring and connections.
 
Thanks Steve I'll give the bulb swap a try when I get home tonight. It was late last night when I started with the beam leveling so I wasn't able to start testing the rest. The relay has me stumped too. Only thing I can figure is OE has 2 plugs and this set up deleted the smaller plug so everything's combined to the multi pin plug
