new head unit what do i need?

I'm just about to buy a new head unit with bluetooth etc.... so apart from the head unit, what do i need? I've got a steering wheel with audio controls to be fitted, so want to use them. any adapters etc? also, wheres the best place to get a surround that matches the dash?

You'll need a fascia adaptor so the new one fits
And I think a loom adaptor, autoleads should sell both
