Just in the process of swapping the S5 Cab for a 2013 A6 Avant 3.0 biTDI Black Edition... Loved the S5 but not too practical when carting round a family.

Engine on the new one is pretty quick, so performance shouldn't be too much of an issue. I did go and introduce myself on the appropriate forum but no response after an hour... pretty rare a post goes unanswered for that long on this forum :thumbsup:
 
LOL, should've known... not picked up the car yet so no pics, but basically the same as this one

Did you get the 2 year warranty and free servicing with the deal?

Got the next 2 services included, but as far as I know it's 1 year warranty... either way, the warranty may have expired by the time I get a reply on the Audi forum, LOL

.....think you need a weekend car now, how about a 3.0 MSport Z4 :D
 
Nice A6 I bet it still shifts had a go in my mates 3.0tdi A5 remaped and thats rapid still no match for my bros E92 335d. Does the A6 come with wifi etc bet it has some nice optional extras

Yeah, it's 313bhp and around 5.5 0-60 I think... It has the "tech pack" so I think it has wifi. Unfortunately it seems to use rSAP to connect to the phone, which pretty much no phones support, so I think I will have to put a SIM in the car and use that... Three do a 12GB for 12 Month SIM though, so I'm going to use that. The sales guy said it won't have Google Maps, but looking at the brochure I think it might. Just one of the questions I'm trying to get cleared up on the Audi forum :)
 
have alook at giif gaff there decent been with them years now used to be £7.99 gone up over the years so probably inline with most other snow im sure its £12 for unlimited I pay now

5.5s is rapid the my mates old 2010 A5 is 5.5 and most be lighter think his was 270bhp something like that before remap so is 300bhp now but yours would be a lot more 350bhp+ after remap if it ever needed one which I doubt it does. Would destroy my mates e61 530d tourer

The Three SIM is £30 which gives 12GB data and lasts 12 months... In terms of how much the Audi Connect system uses I expect that will do me fine.

Performance wise I wasn't looking for something that quick, I was more interested in the toys... the engine is a bonus and my driving style is a little more chilled out than it was when I was in the Zed, so I can't see a remap needed.
