looks very nice!

is it lower than standard? i fitted the richbrook one and its nice. cold in winter!!!

the oem gearknob was always too high for my liking. a few have fitted the richbrook one and said it made a difference so i tried it and love it.

have you tried pulling the gaiter over the bottom collar into that groove to see what it looks like? could give the impression of being even lower

Yes , just two grub screws ! Fitted in 2 mins , just had a good run back from work & what a difference in gear change , best mod so far ! Maybe not ! Getting rid of RFT's , but cheaper.

Looks good. Maybe the log could have been smaller and more central to the gears but thats just me.... :D

Really like these. Bit too expensive at £65 (75 engraved) for my liking though. Still keeping an eye out on eBay for a cheap 5-speed zhp.

Even a full price ZHP at £75 !

These are great, I went for a titanium coated version to match the dark theme in my car. Any issues with movement? I've had to tighten mine a couple of times since it worked it's way loose from use. Quite annoying. I guess I could use glue to fix the screws in but would prefer not to! Allen key kept in car door for now...

That glue would be Loctite ! Its a must have with these tiny set screws. I use it on mine with great results....otherwise I had to re-tighten them constantly.

The non perm variety is not a glue / adhesive, it effectively just fills the gap between the two effective diameters and the imperfections between the male and female thread forms with semi setting vibration dampening material !

There are more "permanent" varieties that are not recommended if disassembly is likely!
