I'm seriously considering an ST3 to replace the Civic when it finally gives up on me. Cracking car and will be cheap as chips to run too.

Its done on a rolling road and all cars go through the same set tests for urban/extra urban. Supposedly a lot of manufacturers run the cars off boost to get the highly unrealistic figures.
The fact its a rolling road is enough on its own to make figures unachievable in the real world. No wind resistance, inclines and only simulated rolling resistance. Helps sell cars I suppose.
