New E85 Owner

Just picked up an e85 in project status. It had a misfire and I rebuilt the vanos and I’m trying to start it for the first time.
The first time I tried it wouldn’t turn over at all. Come to find out everything was unplugged in the ecu compartment. I plugged everything back in but I couldn’t find a home for two plugs. Maybe I’m missing a module or the other ends fell down?

I found where the black plug with the red wires go. Can’t find anything for the blue plug.

Perhaps it is for a tcu that a manual car would not have? That’s what my internet searching is coming up with.
