New e85 owner

Hi guys

Just treated myself to a 2006 2 litre model version sport. The car has done 80000 miles and has passed its french equivalent of an mot, with flying colours apart from needing a set of pads and discs.

Im going to do an oil change straight away and get the brakes done. Is there anything else that i should change as a measure of precaution?

The precious owner has moved the roof motor to the boot, but seems to of just left it hanging …has anyone boxed it in neater?

Would the diff oil be easy to change and would it be necessary along with the manual gearbox oil? Any rips please

Thinking of getting standalone carplay unit that sits on top of the dash, but I suppose im a bit worried it wiuld look crappy, any thoughts.

The paint code is a08 has anyone done a detail on their one to show me the possibilities that i could do?

Yes change gearbox and Diff oils easy enough to do just take the filler plugs out before draining to ensure you can get them out. Cut some hardboard or ply to fit the recess where the roof motor now resides and cover it with some close matching carpet to tidy it up. Maybe some velcro can be used to retain it in place.
