New Clutch Time?

2005 3.0i manual just over 200k miles. Just started every once in a while, upon start up I hear / feel a "chatter" in the clutch pedal. (Has to be engaged to start car). There is no chatter or rattle using the clutch while driving or in neutral. Shifts smooth and no indication of slippage. The few times it happened I blipped the gas and chatter, rattle when away. So, looking thru the extensive maintenance history it appears to be original clutch. So possible throw out bearing or something else? And while in there best to over haul clutch? No codes found on scan just to rule out.
 
At 200k it properly deserves one. Modern cars amaze me with the longevity of the clutches. Of course the down side of that, is they are expensive now, compared to when they failed a lot.
