New car and hello!

Morning everyone. It's my first post here as I have just picked up my new (well, nearly new) Z4 sdrive 23i :D

It's ex BMW stock, so a couple of months old, 2k on the clock. Sapphire black with the ivory white interior pack and turbine style alloys... It's my first Z4 (ex S2000 driver) and I absolutely love it...

So thought I would come along and say hi, and find out what, and who, I need to know :P Any advice gratefully received!!
 
It is a really good combination - I'm not sure I would have justified the extra ££ on the interior if I'd specced it from new, but I have to say it makes a huge difference to the car! I just can't keep the smile off my face at the moment - has been a long time since a car has had that impact!

By the way, does anyone know how many of the new Z4 have been sold in the UK - I haven't seen another one since picking up mine last Tuesday!
 
Hi emmelldee - and welcome. Sounds like a gorgeous combination.... :D I can't think that all that many have been sold so far - in the 6-7 weeks that I've had my 23i - I've only seen two on the open road here in the North West !
 
Right, think I have figured it out!! Must take some in a more artistic setting... And some more of the interior too!!

Nice car,, similar to mine, except mines Jet Black. I too got a good deal on car they had coming in, otherwise i probably wouldn't have specced for the white pack.

I've seen about 5 in and around newcastle so far.

There's another black one my GF saw, there's a silver one, there's my black one, and there's the havanna one my mum bought to replace her SLK at the same time as i got mine. Other than that the only other one i've seen is the blue demo they have at fawdingtons.

I did a long trip to widness then on to nottingham a few days after i got mine, but didn't see another one at all on the trip, so i still think their pretty rare.
