New bumper required, can I cut the holes for light washers?

Hi,
I need a new bumper so I'm looking at facelift options, as I currently have xenons and washers, will I NEED a bumper with the holes already there or can I get one without them and cut them myself?

The reason I ask is because seeing the back of the bumpers without washers, it looks like the mounts are there, just no holes?

If the mounts are moulded on the rear of the bumper then no reason at all not to. Just needs careful templating and cutting. Most likely an outline will already be on the inner face as appears on so many components.
 
Yes you can do it I have just done it to mine. Lots of carful marking out I then chain drilled around the line and filled it out to fit.
 
Got the pm but think my reply hasn't worked! I'll take it as long as titanium silver in decent nick, am out at the mo so using my phone but will send my number / email on pm when I get home in 2 hours to sort something out!
