After a lot of much appreciated help on wheels and tyres for my zed, I've recently fitted some 313 gunmetal reps and eagle f1's. Which are in a word, mega. However I have come across a problem. My brakes look weenie and even the wife commented on it! Shock horror!
I have no idea what I'm looking for, and after a little googling for brake kits I'm seeing figures of £2k which is a no no. My bollocks would be royally chopped off.
Obviously, I'm after larger discs to compliment the alloys, but I'm assuming I'd also need new calipers for the discs. I really don't know what I'm looking for, and not mechanically minded in these sorts of things.
What are my options? If anything kind of a shopping list, that I can buy give to a mechanic and say fit it. I don't mind even being second hand once I've saved a few pennies.
The car is stock, 2003 2.5i
