Always loved Boxsters and this one looks like it's the best one yet. Congrats!

Can't wait to see the new Cayman too.

This series has finally got me interested too.

I can see why you're making the change...nice spec sheet :-)

Cheers Nick, sounds good! I'd prefer the Porsche... but I'll happily take the wheels ;) You'd be trading back your white e89 with its 296 shoes back on!

Nearly got a boxster (Used 10 plate) when I got the Z, porsche dealer told me no new boxster due bla bla bla...look what turns up lol

would love a new one, but cant afford it

Funny how things change in 24 hours, just had some news re a big project I have been working on which has gone tits up in Newcastle, and may leave me a little high and dry on anticipated expectations....putting it bluntly, a client who had a site up north with planning permission for 14 units, with a commercial built value of £3 million, has just had his bank foreclose on him, unknown to him he says, while he was out in Abu Dhabi where he works, and it was sold at auction for £120K!!!

So now, no build project or further planning work.....

Some hunting and gathering is called for but not looking good

Gutted for you Nick... Hope things pick up.

On the bright side, the car you have to put up with ain't exactly sh1t

Car is maybe the least of my worries....holidays this year, things I had planed to do on the house...the build value would have generated a good 2 years worth of salary for me.....trying to be positive!

It's that curve ball....not my clients fault, but if he didn't dick around turning down offers of £1 mill a year ago, when Newcastle was in worse situ than now, and being greedy etc...he is still short £800k on the site and what he owes the bank, so perhaps worse than me....

Look at this, the barn. £122k for 14 flats, what a bargain for a developer :(

I'm sure they'll be a silver lining in there somewhere Nick, there generally is.

Even if it only comes in the form of that project getting out of the way for something better to come along.

I wouldn't be shredding the Boxster spec sheet just yet ;-)
