New battery? ?

My 2007 coupe is still on its original battery and all seems fine with it but it must be on borrowed time now ,and so iam thinking about replacing before winter.

Putting my plate into car parts for less gives a big choice of options. I want a bosch battery as I be pleased with them in other cars but do I need a 62 ah, 72ah or 80ah? ?

Also, the fitment detail tag on a couple of the bosch battery said that it must be connected via control unit??

So, I am guessing some things might go a bit strange in the car if I just do a straight swap??

Aim for the biggest capacity but focus on CCA for starts. Other battery places online are often cheaper and should give you the battery base size, you should have some ability to go taller. Swap shouldn't be an issue, you can always connect a power source to the jump points while switching so you don't lose settings.

This one will do the job nicely

Had the same one on my old Zed and just fitted to one to my "new" zed last week

Also no need to connect it to anything whilst you switch all you lose is the time and window settings, time is easy to set, windows just hold down for 10 seconds hold up for 10 seconds
