New battery issues

Hi all, I have a 2004 2.2i Z4 and have just replaced the old battery. My problem now is several electrical faults have occured:
1 - The indicators work outside the car but don't appear on the instrument cluster
2 - Same with the High-beam
3 - If you get out of the car and leave your lights on, you don't get the warning beep
4 - The central-locking doesn't work
I've checked all the relevant fuses and they appear to be fine.
Anyone out there experienced this issue?

That does sound odd! First instinct would be the GM5 module, but I don’t think that also covers the instrument cluster…

Does the instrument cluster work otherwise? So speed, rpm, indication/warning lights when you switch on the car to position 2?

We first commented on the duplicate thread, thought it may be a glitch on the k-bus during the battery swap so suggested disconnect and wait ten then connect again. Failing that it has to be check codes next

Thanks for the advice, gonna try the disconnect advice tomorrow morning, btw excuse my ignorance but should I disconnect the red or black terminal :roll:
