Its just a name , id call them platinum most probably achieved with a black base & silver topping , should be a great combo against the silver grey car but a bitch to touch up :cry:

I don't mean the fitting i mean the choice of rubber , , ive done some serious internet trawling the last week ,
A concern going from the 45/40 18inch tyres to a 19inch is i don't want to spoil the ride which i'm more than happy with .
So whilst i know what most of the usual tyres perform like my main criteria is comfort,grip & don't want excessive road noise with the soft top already prone to noise at motorway speeds .
Not at all bothered about wear rate as i doubt i'l break 4k a year & don't see me sideways in the bends :P

My gut feeling is that your Mrs will kill this car for you, ie. the "slow" statement has already unnerved you :evil:
 
I have never really been a fan of the csl look but they do look really really good!. Shame they dont do them in 18"s otherwise i would have sell
my 108's and get a set :(
