New alloys arrived , slight problem

Got home to find some treasure for me in 4 square boxes :oops: got them all out to check them over & ccouldn't help but notice the obvious :o
Bought from well known alloy wheel supplier so hopefully when i contact them tomorrow the problem will be rectified
I'm pretty sure i didn't order a set with mismatched paint :cry:

Pretty disappointing all round tbh . webpage claimed order before 11am & receive the next day .
I ordered them around 11-30 Monday , fair do's i didn't expect them Tuesday but they only arrived today at 3-30pm , not good when they charged P&P :thumbsdown:

Mine have arrive as well Andy, still in the box, haven't opened them...Not sure I want to now :cry:

Don't you think they knew & were hoping it wasn't spotted ?
The wheels had obviously been out of the box at some point as they were freshly taped up & my receipt was inside :?
I looked for a set of shabby ones first as i would have preferred to refurb them myself but 19s in M offsets & sizes rarely come up for sale
Not the end of the world , i was pi55ed off earlier & felt like asking for a refund & having the 224s done in black . let's see what tomorrow brings

I hope they get it sorted quickly and easily though.

Agree , that's why i havent named them , how a company deals with problems says a lot about them
I don't envisage any problems but my concern would be if they keep sending out single wheels until i shout SNAP ! :P
 
I expect a full return of all 4 and a replacement set of 4 would be the quickest and best solution.

Which is what i will be asking for , should i mark them to see if any come back ? :oops:
