New alloy wheel protection

Hello guys what would you use to protect new alloys, have seen an advertisement for some amorAll wheel protectant. Question is does this or any products like this actually work and work well. All advice would be greatly received , for the record the wheels are John Cooper Works black painted multi spoked alloys. Thanks in advance Steve.
