New 350z owner thinking about a Z4...

Hey everyone, name's Chris and I currently drive a '04 350z coupe in sunny Florida. I have been thinking about trading her in on a convertible since I miss the sunroof my other cars had (Eclipse & 325ci) but stopping in at a dealer to look at a convertible 350, I noticed a Z4 and took it for a test drive and was really impressed. So now I'm in the market for a Z4 2.5 or 3.0, that doesn't really matter to me as long as it's a manual and has black leather. I'll be searching for the forums for answers to the questions that I have and hopefully in a month, I'll be posting up pics of my new car!

Great side skirts, a subtly modded front bumper. I like it.

I test drove a fed Fairladies prior to bying a 3.0si Zed, and found the Nissan great, although a bit on the heavy side compared to the bimmer.

Good luck with your search! A white roadster would look perfect in Miami.
 
@Corsaire77, good catch with the side skirts (Greddy Reps)

Test drove a 06 3.0si and a 3.0i and loved them both... Really couldn't tell a difference in power but I had a salesman on the si test drive and was alone in the i so that might be the reason...

Should I try to find a 06 or newer car?? Should I stay away from a certain year??

There is no year to stay away from but I would encourage you to look at the a 2006 or new model which will usually have lower miles on them.
