New 3.0si owner

Hi all,

As of last friday I am now the proud owner of a Black 3.0si, 2006, red and black leather interior.

So far, absolutely love it. Looks ace, and goes well to match! Plus the sound it makes is intoxicating. I had an Astra VXR beforehand, which was also quick, but the Z feels in a different league.

I have a few questions however. I have the premium 10 speaker setup, with DSP options, and would like to add AUX. can anyone tell me which cable I need, I am a tad bewildered.

Is it worth purchasing NCS expert myself? I am handy with a computer, but if its really challenging I guess its best left to an expert?

Shunwick, welcome - your car is lovely, great colour combo and the best wheels without going to ///M or CSL wheels.

Nt sure about what cable to get tbh - but someone will let you know soon. Do you have the aux port already ? If it is there it's on the panel under the aircon controls above the ashtray. In other words, well hidden from the uninitiated :roll:

Another option is the Intravee 2 - though that will render your CD changer useless as it utilises it's connections to the car audio. Plenty expertise & info on here for audio options though.

Hi and welcome. Echo what Bing said, aux is hard to find if you dont know exactly where to look.

What are you looking to do with NCS?

Ha yeah I should reverse in! Cant get over the bonnet length.

I am chuffed with my interior, never seen one like it! Memory function too!

As for NCS, just wanting to code the usual suspects, remote roof, door lock on drive away etc.
