New 21 Z4 sDrive30i owner

Hi all,

Picked up a very lightly used Z4 sDrive30i in San Francisco Red a few weeks back. Only had 1200 miles on the clock and was about 9 months old. Seems to be pretty well stacked out with options as well - HUD, wireless charging pad, comfort plus pack, etc. Really enjoying it - it's looking superb tucked away in the garage, but even better out and about with the top down (even at 6 deg. C!)

I toyed with the idea of an old Z3 as a second car a few years back but didn't get round to it - this time I decided to get the Z4 - I'm doing less miles these days so I've picked up a Fiat Panda as a daily driver, and the missus has one of them electric VW ID things so plenty of choice!

Anyway, looking forward to taking part in this community.

Hello and welcome, I must apologise on behalf of [ref]Ole gits rule[/ref], but we’ve warned him about daytime drinking

What in fact he did mean, and is correct about, is the well known fact that blue ones are faster :poke: :fuelfire:

I test drove a blue one. Same engine, same spec, but it seemed quite slow to me. Dunno what it was about it...

Are you suggesting there's something wrong with my tool?

Would never dream of doing such a thing but if my tool was bright red and shiny I’d be worried, saying that having a blue one isn’t much better :tumbleweed:

Gotta say, given the two options I'd prefer red and shiny to blue for my tool!!!

Given an option a white tool is much better, far stronger and lasts much longer
