Evening All
I've been looking for a decent Z4 for the last year or so, and last week I finally put my money where my mouth is and took the plunge!
I've bought a 2004 2.5 litre Z4 privately from a nice chap in Essex (I live in Newport, South Wales). I've seen a few dogs while searching for this one, so I'm glad to have found (what I think) is a good one!
My car history is pretty dire so far, mums Corsa and then my own Corsa so in comparison the Zed feels like an absolute rocket!
High points so far include doing the Brecon to Builth Wells road (the B4520) with the roof down (until it started raining anyway) and letting my Dad have a go (he's got a diesel Fiesta driving instructor car) for the first time!
No low points as yet, just looking for more dry days to have the roof down!
Future plans include the Tour d'Brecon Beacons, and then a trip to North Wales to try the car out on the Evo triangle (and any other roads recommended), and potentially a run with some forum members.
Obligatory pictures embedded below (I think!)
Merry Christmas!
