New 19s fitted

Car has settled nicely onto its new wheels.
Question now is whether to leave as is or lower it.
Happy with front but undecided on rear...

Any suggestions

Looks good OP; have been toying with the idea of a 19" set for my titan silver roadster but was afraid they might look too big in the arches or ruin the (already pretty bumpy) ride quality. What is your ride like now? My fear is a set of sparkling 19" wheels will compel me to overhaul the suspension and fit better shocks and dampers!

Wheels look really good. To my eye they fill the rear arches nicely. I would only lower the car if you want to change the handling characteristics. :D

Id say go for it, ive been wanting to do it for a while and the chance came up unexpected.
Id say the drive is fine, if i didnt know it was on 19s id be none the wiser

Looks like a 30 profile rear so go for 255 35 with zero negatives imo , what size are on the front ? 225 35 ?
Turn full lock & see if you can run fingers between tyre & arch before switching those

A 255 35 19 on a 9.5j have never looked stretched to me but that could be subjective.
This is a rear of set I fitted on my ZM at weekend with same numbers

Like i said , you need to turn full lock & see if your finger easily goes between tyre & liner before jumping up a size .
Its usually the outer edge not inner that is the issue

Nice wheels, great look. :D

The front isn't too bad but the rear looks way too high.

I agree but im confused as to best way of resolving this?.
Would it be bad practice to lower just the rear?
Im happy with the front as it is. Or do i just go upto a 35 series tyre??

Wheels look fantastic OP.

I'd rather go up a tyre profile at the rear than lower it - 35 instead of 30 as suggested by mr wilks. That will help to fill the arch, and may improve the ride quality.

Give it a subtle lowering. Mine is on BC coilovers, and now I've got it sitting with a few mm clearance front and rear it looks spot on riding on 19s. I've probably got half the clearance you've got on front on both.
