......but it looks cool, albeit very expensive. Turned aluminium dash trim rather than the usual brushed alu style!

do agree on piano black and the leather  would you consider buying piano black if available though? considering the centre console trim removal isn't the easiest :?

I've got a spare set if trims - dash and centre, but not done anything with it yet cos of reading tales of what a pain it is to swap over. I was gonna look at doing something a bit unusual, maybe paint green or wrap in alcantara for something different. To be fair its pretty straight forward just time consuming. I did something similar with old e39 and it was just as bad but worth it in the end.

I have it! To be honest I thought it was fairly common, here's a pic (about the only one I have of my interior, not the greatest).

I don't love it - but I also don't hate it - and I don't think it's as shiny when seen in the flesh...

+1 - got it on my car, and agree with the don't love/don't hate / not shiny sentiments, though I have a dream red interior and i think it looks better with plain black in this pic. I'd love mine wrapped in black leather with red trim like the Individual bi-colour option to match my red seats, but I can imagine the price being astronomical, so I am not even going there

It looks a little cheap in real life, my mate has it on his 5 series sport, also the door handles are covered in it. With black leather it looks to bright and shiny.
