Most of us change to non run-flats and this improves the tram-lining, steering and ride.
It took me some time to get used to the steering of my Zed - changing to non run-flats did help as did familiarisation - it becomes part of the character of the car. Need both hands on the wheel at high speed and on cornering though.
The z4 is a fairly agile car & communicates camber changes/bumps etc through the steering wheel-all the above mentioned points improve it (especially the tram lining) but depending on what car you have come from you might just need to get used to less "dead" steering-it is a slightly "nervy" feeling car
