Neil's Coupe

Thanks for all the kind words!

Yep, the front lip is an ebay special, but I figured it would tide me over till I got my hands on an M front.

But for now, time to find a nice set of wheels.

Is this the one ?

NeilP, lovely motor mate - as already been said. I especially love the audiophile mods! reminds me of my builds back in the day but we didnt have AirPay! awsome work really impressed with this thread. and the car of course!

With the splitter on, front looks much more aggressive (and cool) than M std front, imo. You sure you will still be after one now that you have reach such an individual look? :o
Anyway, time to update you signature pic!

DPG, yup that's the ticket.

Fast3000, Thank you! Yep, airplay is the way of the future!

Zeddicus, I'm not so entirely fussed about going for an individual look, I just want a flat race splitter like this (and the big wing would be a nice touch too!):

Neil for the flat splitter you're better off making it

Just make a metal version from aluminium, mould it then lay carbon over it.

Seriously should take you a few days once you make the template

Yeah I plan to...but for now I'm happy with the current setup. Just going to enjoy the car for now and find some wheels/other things to do over the winter.

Well, it seems these cars can actually be used for driving.

So I did just that today and ventured into London. Only issue was I decided to take pictures after feeding my face...probably not the best idea I've ever had!

Love the Claws. No issues to speak of? rubbing etc? I have no idea on the weight of those so I guess you've not seen any negative effects in unsprung? ( Always thought they may be heavy ) lovely look though dude

Not had any rubbing (but then again it's not very low)

The wheels however, are pretty heavy.
