Need some guidance on a clutch/flywheel combo

I have an 03 Zed with the 3.0 M54 and 6 speed manual that I am looking to do the following to:
Delete CDV
Swap DMF for SMF and change clutch to sprung hub
eventually adding the ESS TS2 and revamping the exhaust

I am having a hard time finding a clutch/flywheel kit for my model, any recommendations on fitment?

I enquired about this swap (SMF from DMF) and was advised to avoid it as the SMF/Clutch combo makes a terrible rattling noise when idling. I'm sure others will be along soon with more knowledge/advice.

I have a 2 litre 2006 Z4 and managed to find a clutch and DMF (LUK) for 395 including VAT. Granted I have an account with Andrew Paige through my business, but most of the public off the street seem to getting just as good a deal as me now online!!
Very simple job as long as the exhaust nuts come off okay.

For that price, I'm not going to risk a single mass flywheel conversion.

Saying all that, I've never done a conversion on a z4 but have successfully on other cars.

Pay your money and take your choice............

Andy.

There are multiple possibilities on doing a smf conversion.
UUC have a lightweight smf/clutch kit, and there are multiple suppliers of lightweight smf's and sprung clutches.
Valeo has indeed a normal weight smf/clutch kit reducing the chance of gearbox chatter.
