Need Some Advice On New Wheels

I have seen these wheels for sale:

After consulting one of many tyre sites for offsets and getting the apparent thumbs up everything ok im concerned about the wheel size and my current tyres. I have 108's which are 18x8 FR & 18x8.5 R, the new wheels are 18x8.5 FR & 18x9.5 R, SO will my current tyres fir without any issues???
225x40x18 FR & 255x35x18 R Tyre sizes????

Also will I need an alignment doing afterwards given the different size wheels even if its not these ones I eventually go for as most of the noe genuine ones appear to be slightly bigger anyway.
 
The tyres would fit but with a "stretched" look , , not ideal at all as it reveals the wheel rim to kerbing 8)
245 front / 275 rear is good but thats gonna cause issues on Z arches i would assume , 235 & 265 may be a compromise ?
the rim widths are not really a goer on a Z TBH , especially if lowered :cry:
 
225's on 8.5 and 255 on 9.5 will sit perfect ,they wont be stretched at all :!:

The 224's i have with 255's on are 9 width & look like they are under sized in width :? maybe not then ?
The guy at tyre bay who fitted them said 265's would have been better & can only imagine if the wheel was half inch wider then the 255 would look even more stretched :?
Can the choice of tyre sometimes affect the look ?
