AWD is great, had many Audi Quattros….

I guess for the number of days you have that type of weather you just live with it..

My 20i at one time had winter tyres and a Quaife LSD..it could go anywhere up to the point of the front nose acting as a snow plough

Lord no - they are already too heavy by around 150kg, adding more metal would make the E89 a total whale

Full winter tyres ftw.

Get a set of good winter tyres on a 2nd set of wheels and you will be able to go almost anywhere.

I drove home 70 miles with them on during the “beast from the east”, driving past stranded 4x4’s
