Need a spec sheet for my S54. Capacities etc

My 2006 M Roadster is getting an oil change and I didn't get a manual with the car so I'm looking for a spec sheet with the fluid capacities .... if anyone has a scanned or digital version it would be greatly appreciated.

Got a few niggly things to fix to get it up to snuff and I thought it might like some fresh oil so I can have a baseline for the future.

and...Can't find a proper Manual for the life of me, any good links or tips on where I might find one ??? (Don't suggest looking in the glove box :) :) )
 
I can scan the relevant pages from my book when I get home.

If it was in the pack with all the other books, then there's no way It would fit in the glovebox anyway, so mine stays at home.

For now you should be able to download the user manuals from this link (just find the M version and you'll be taken to a location to download a zipped file).

It's hard to give an exact volume (to the ml) as it will vary slightly depending on whether the car is flat or at an angle when you are draining the oil. Try 5.5 litres, start the engine for a bit, switch off and re-read adding as necessary.

That's how you do it, but it would be best to start with 5L and see where it's at.

Got the PDF's, made the laser printer work overtime... selected pages only, not the ones that tell you how to drive or how to put the key in the ignition. Thanks.
