Near-side mirror stopped dipping in reverse?

Had the SDrive 35is for a week. Today the near-side mirror stopped dipping in reverse. Have I done something wrong or is it bust?

Do you have the mirror slide in the right position? It won't drop if it is set to the wrong mirror.

What he said. You need to have the mirror switch set to the drivers side.

Reverse is to make the car go backwards not dip the mirror...

Mirror Select slide has to be in the drivers side postion or it wont dip

Thanks for that information - I couldn't find anything in the manual to help you if the mirror stopped dipping. Thumbs up to the Forum
