Think you're in the red aren't you Ron :(

I'm slap bang in the middle of the country and Amber I think for the West Midlands, its getting gusty here now and forecast 40-50mph but not as bad as the north.

Tim.

Won’t get snow this way in south DEVON, very rarely do. Be nice though, start a new topic ‘Zed with the snowman’

A little bit blowy, but otherwise a lovely day down here in Cornwall. I'm off for a walk on the moors. :D

(Those two lasses are welcome to join me.)

Got stuck in the snow this morning on the way home from work.
Had to walk and get shovel to dig the car out and move it a short way, getting stuck on a junction of a main a road is not where i was willing to leave the old girl stranded.

Sadly after a few years of running winter / all season tyres on my Zed I'm going to now just not use it on snowy / icy days..

At the time I needed the ability to be able to press it into service due to being on call..now semi retired..

That’s why my z goes away into hibernation!
Fully retired and if needs must I take the 335xd. It’s got winters on, as soon as I can get them to the tyre place!

We have learned to live with only one car during the winter time.

I've never used my Zeds on snowy/icy days as I fit my daily 3 Series with winters (did that this week).

I retired a while ago but used to have to be mobile to get to my Mum's for shopping/taxi duties.

No snow down here but we've been getting frosts most nights so it makes sense to use them seeing as they came with the car!

It was wild last night, carnage in the streets and park at the back of our house has half a dozen very large and old Beech trees down. Garden and next door neighbours car covered in leaves. Now we only have a couple of inches of snow which I suspect is a lot less than some.
