NE Short notice

Well I'm all set, 1 litre of Castolr Edge ready to go in the big lump first thing, pappa Blue will be joining me for the run out as he was keen to do something different with his weekend.

Looking forward to seeing whoever turns up, gutted that it's not a bit colder and wetter, my winter wheels are great in poor conditions but not so hot in warm dry situations!

Actually I think I've found it, DL1 4PJ.

In that case, anyone able to swap a mobile no. via PM in case of delays or problems in the morning?

So chaps - did this happen? Looked like a decent chance of some cracking autumn weather. Any piccies of the mini-meet?

Yes it did just didn't get around to put a post up,only managed a couple of pics.
We had meeting with some of the locals, and Me and Blue were just waiting for one of them to stick their into the car :D

And the four of us parked up at the Hartside cafe.

The weather was a bit unkind the higher we got but apart from that some great roads would love to do them again but with better weather. We had Sun,rain, sleet & hailstones.
Oh and a COCK driving an Audi A6 who was making it very difficult for us to overtake :wkr:

So a big thanks to Robb and Tim for the day

Yep, was a brilliant day out, as soon as I get a chance I shall upload a video of our four-legged friends!

Was very interested to get such a range of weather in one day, shortly after the picture of the cows was taken it started hail stoning, and sleeting. By the time we got to heartside there was a covering of the white stuff. I definitely figured out that my Vredesteins work far better in those cold, wet and icy conditions than summer tyres do! :D
