NCS Expert diagnostics and *.ONE file

Hi!
I have a diagnostics file from my Z4. It's *.ONE extension. Which program would open it? I don't have NCS expert or similar software. Notepad, Wordpad and similar SW wouldn't give any readable results. Is there any other way besides NCS expert?

isnt a .one file part of microsoft onenote??. where did u get the file from???

Yes, *.one could ALSO be a part of the MS Onenote, but I realy doubt they are the same.
Will post some info and pics also

Well it's OneNote that will open *.one files.
