Looking at an ex Aberdeen black with red leather z4m if it is a known car on here it would be good to dig up some history. Had a 3lr z4 before then an M3 so hoping this should be the best of both worlds.

Owner traded for a 996 Porsche I believe so might be off researching oil use and bore scoring  lol

have a search on the cost and frequency of radiator replacement on turbos, engine might not detonate but some big bills waiting :poke: gt3 fires :fuelfire:

Hi crusoe. I too had a 3.0ltr z4 then an e92 m3. Now a z4mc.
No regrets and saved a wadge on running costs over the m3. I have more fun in the z4mc as you feel like you are driving a car rather than a computer game. Nothing taken away from the m3 but the dct, felt like you were not really driving it. Enjoy!

Where is it for sale? If it's the one I'm thinking of it's maybe best avoided

Can you pm me too please Adamski. I am not interested in the car, I am just a nosey b@stard.... :)

Car drives really well, few things wrong (needs front disks and pads which they agreed) but leather on passenger door card all sagging suggesting it has been soaked and plastic sheet under the rear carpet suggests a water issue maybe. Would do it for 12k cash though so door card might be a cheap fix, lots of detailed BMW service history and suspension part updates. Definitely want one now though maybe not this one, even my wife liked it, very planted on wet slippy roads compared to how sideways my s2000 was on the same route z4m is a pussycat.

Once you've driven an M - resistance is futile. You definitely want one, but as you've identified, perhaps not that one

U missed out on the Gruppe M Alan!

I just did Vibratech Engine mounts and Rouge bushes and top mounts all together these mods have added a real smile upgrade especially the engine mounts.
