NavTool - Any Information

I want to install a backup camera in my e89. Has anyone had experience puchasing products from NavTool?
 
I had exactly the same thing happen buying tyres from Black Circles. Doubt it is legal in the UK, but they get away with it. I have not used Black Circles since. I assume it happens when a middle man runs out of stock they are advertising and has to pay more for the new stock. Very shoddy practice. :thumbsdown:
 
If a company is willing to play games like that at the outset, I'm unlikely to think that their aftersales is any good - cheers for the heads up
