A AlanJ Elite North Yorks Jan 20, 2015 #2 Hi and welcome to the Forum. Several issues from a Web search : *Dirty disc - give it a clean and reinsert *Laser head clean - insert a cleaning disc to clean the head unit .....however is your disc an OEM BMW? :?
